What a wonderful experience! I was looking for an investment property in South Padre and was referred to real estate agent, Denise Franke. Oh my goodness, Denise’s local knowledge of the market and understanding of unique requirements for beach properties were invaluable. I approached this journey with some preconceived ideas of what I was looking for…. Denise listened to my goals and rather than telling me, those ideas wouldn’t work, she patiently answered my questions promptly, then researched and offered many options to dilemmas. Eventually, with her help, I found my way to the perfect property! Contract negotiations were seamless, even when needed to be extended a few days. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is professional, with effective communication fostering a trusting personalized relationship, I highly recommend Denise Franke. And oh by the way, all of this was conducted remotely!

My daughter and I looked at 3 lots at the Shores: Denise helped us far more than we expected. She had an architect draw us a high level view of the home we could build on each lot. She had questioned us on what we were looking for in a beach house and never tried to oversell. Needless to say we purchased our perfect lot and can hardly wait to build our dream beach house.I have moved several times due to my career and Denise is one of the best realtors I have worked with.

Working with Denise and all of the team at Franke Realty was an awesome experience from start to finish! We pretty much had given up trying to find a condo that would align with our wants and needs, but Denise never did throw in the towel. When a place came up on her radar, she didnt hesitate to call us and said that we had to see it, it is just what youre looking for. She was not wrong! She really listened to us and did not waste our time or hers showing us place after place that did not meet our requirements. She made the process from making an offer to closing go extremely smooth, offering great advise when needed or requested. She was never hard to contact and no question was to small. She also provided us with reliable and excellent contacts for us to use during the whole process. If we ever need a realtor again, we would not hesitate to call Denise!
