    Jonathan Martin worked with us this year to find a home. He went above and beyond our expectations. Since we had to travel a few hours to look at houses in the area, he frequently offered to go see houses we had found online.     I honestly cannot praise this team enough. Kilton is, by far, the most outstanding agent I have ever had the privilege of working with. As a military family, moving can be so stressful and the situation we faced was one that would make most agents turn and run!     From arriving at a listing price for our home, to guiding us through the intricacies of the selling process, Dee gave us excellent advice, based on her experience in the industry. No matter when we asked a question, she responded to our texts and emails quickly, with a well-reasoned answer we could understand. Perhaps one of the most helpful things she did was prepare a net sheet that estimated costs we would pay at closing, as sellers. That gave us an idea of the money we would have to turn around and buy another home.Our house was on the market 3 days, before we received the offer we accepted. Dees grasp of our homes selling points helped her market it beautifully. Her presentation of the house involved going live with 50 photos, including drone footage to show our proximity to Lake Tyler East and our HOAs pavilions, peer, and helipad. Every photo presented the property at its best, capturing the pool, patio and landscaped yard. These were beautifully pictured online.Of the many qualities I admire about Dee, I especially appreciate her grit. She flew up the attic stairs, into a hot attic one day, wearing a dress, just to double check that the builder of our home-to-be had satisfied all the home inspectors requirements.She spotted things for me to ask the builder for, such as a fenced yard, and he complied. We learned to trust her judgment implicitly.We interviewed 3 other realtors, before choosing Dee Martin. We found her to be outstanding!
