    Deanna is definitely the person to go to when looking for a new home! I was referred to her by a friend. I initially didn’t want to use a realtor but when I spoke to Deanna the first time, she demonstrated how thoughtful she was when I told her all that I wanted for my new home. She was very patient with me and I didn’t feel pushed when making a decision. When I finally found my new home, she went above and beyond to help make sure the new home was at the best standard for me. She asked questions that I didn’t think to ask for myself and I really felt taken care of throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

    Deanna is wonderful!     Deanna and her team member Adam Baker at Realty Austin were incredible realtors for us first-time homebuyers. The market in Austin is extremely competitive for buyers, and they did everything they could to make sure my offers had a fighting chance, from running checks on comps, using their network to find upcoming listings, and providing round-the-clock updates on our offers. When I did get an offer accepted, there were some complicated aspects to the deal that required Deanna and Adam to get creative. Without getting into details, they managed to get me a great outcome and made what couldve been an extremely daunting negotiation much less stressful. Not only did they get me through the buying process, but theyve stayed in touch (over 2 years later!) following up on everything from arborist referrals to protesting property taxes to personalized yearly home market reviews.
