He’s very knowledgeable about what he does, but more than that, he’s been really dedicated to advocating for me. I feel like he has become more of a friend than just my realtor. David is the best realtor I have worked with me and my wife were very indecisive on what area we wanted to live in so we were all over the place. He was very paciente and attentive with us. When we sent him the first listing, he got on it and had a showing for us within a couple hours of sending him the listing. I would highly recommend him to anyone he will treat you like family and is very patient and makes sure you have everything you need to get things done!

Our experience with David was phenomenal. He continued to show my wife and I the up most professionalism, respect and integrity. My wife and I were very picky upon looking at houses. David was patient with us and truly wanted us to find the perfect house, even if it meant looking at hundreds of homes. We had a hard time making a decision between two separate houses. David used his phenomenal negotiating skills and spent hours and hours going back and forth negotiating with the sellers and us to get us into the perfect home. Once we finally pick one, our inspections came and he was right there with us going over everything, even making his own personal notes about the house. David is awesome, you can tell he truly cares about his clients and he wants the absolute best for them. We greatly appreciated all he did. And we will definitely be utilizing him on our future purchases.

When my husband and I decided to move from PA to TX, we didn’t know where to start. It was nothing we had ever done or considered before. So we trusted our loan company to set us up with a realtor in TX (with a reputable company might I add), to help us find our home. Turned out the realtor was completely uneducated and did not even take the correct steps to purchase a home we were putting an offer in on. Thankfully the offer was not accepted because we would have lost thousands in earnest money due to her mistakes. I cannot tell you how grateful and thankful we are to have come across D&D Realty!!! David and Mike are the most AMAZING, educated, go out of their way kind of people to make EVERYTHING perfect for you! They literally were our eyes and ears as we never set a foot in Texas until the day we closed on our house! They were our eyes and ears for everything including our home inspection when we couldn’t be! They called us on FaceTime and were sending videos and doing walkthroughs for every step of the way!! I literally was able to call David at all hours of the night due to working 3rd shift at the time. They never not answered your call. They never made you wait hours to hear back from them. If I saw a new house list, they literally were driving to it that same day to show it to us! Everything they did to help us was nothing short of Amazing and I’ve never met two nicer, better people! Here we are more than a year after the sale and I am pleased to say that we have two good friends here in Texas and they still go out of their way to help us out. Whether it be needing a contractor, pool maintenance, home warranty’s, even helping us with the proper steps to help us fight the property tax increase the county is imposing. They are just truly good, honest, educated realtors that I cannot recommend enough!! I feel like I’ve know them forever!! Ask them anything and if they don’t know it (which is highly unlikely) they will go out of their way to find it for you!! THEY ARE THE BEST REALTORS YOU CAN FIND!!
