We started to list our house by July and by med September, our house was sold. David work with us everyday even when he was his breaks. I could not have been more blessed to have connected with Mr. Karras this past summer, as he is a true consummate professional in the field of real estate in the Greater San Antonio area. He is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors and is a top realtor in the area.It was apparent in my first meeting in person with him in his office in July, that Mr. Karras had the genuine interest, expertise and tools to successfully market the property which I was to list with him for sale. We were so fortunate to have found David Karras as our realtor. He helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood. He was patient as we moved from Quito, Ecuador to look at homes. He helped us by contacting sellers, advised us with details on houses, and cautioned us about damages in houses.I really leaned on David all the time. After finding our right home we where preparing for the closing date and discussing if I needed to be there per two weeks before the closing date. David helped a lot to make me able to close on our home from distance, even as an immigrant with no Social Security Number. It was a blessing to have him with us taking care of everything. On the closing date, the notary system didnt work for me, but he helped get things back on track and we were only delayed a couple of days. One of the things that he used to say that really stuck in my mind, I want to be sure that buyers from out of country get what the want for a house, instead of walking in the house and saying WTH!!. I recommend David to anyone in the market to purchase a home. I felt happy and secure with David as his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place.In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with David was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.

You want a realtor who will NOT just give you the keys to your house and forget about you then trust me David is your guy. As a constantly moving Soldier in the Army I want to make sure my family has a place to live before we even arrive at our new location. My friend gave me Davids contact info and within minutes this man sent me multiple properties and no not expensive properties to his benefit, but properties that would benefit my family. I made arrangements to fly my wife from Georgia to check out what she wanted and within the one day of her arriving and him driving her all over town she chose the house she wanted and within a week we locked that house in to start the closing. The rest was solely done by David, yes the rest which consisted of talking with the builder, inspecting the house almost daily, the paperwork, and the final inspection. Yes, this was all done from where we were at in Georgia and within less than 2 months we closed and arrived to San Antonio with David waiting for us with keys in hand. After 20 years in the Army this has been the smoothest move and house hunting we have done. 2 years later and he still comes around to drop off gifts at our door step and gives us advice on how to maintain our house. It is hard to describe in less words the difference David can make in selling a home. My home was for sale for 8 month before I was referred to David from my Army Retired Father. The home was I nder Contract with the right kind of buyer within 2 weeks. David has gone above and beyond in all aspects. Extremely communicative and has attention to detail from both sides of buying and selling. He has also physically made cosmetic touch ups to my home on his own time and labor.
