He was able to walk me through a difficult process of selling my home for the price I was asking, and also helped me find that just right home to start the next chapter of my life. David was referred to us by a trusted friend. Upon calling him we discovered he was very experienced in his field and particularly familiar with the region we were wanting to move to. David also seemed like a genuinely warm person and we felt comfortable working together. He listened to us and when we met was prepared to assist us in our search for our new home. Over the course of a day and a half he worked on our behalf with builders to land us a beautiful brand new home. We were quite stunned at how quickly he was able to secure the sale. I recently relocated with my family to the Houston area for my job and David was super helpful in quickly helping us “virtually” see a house. This was during the peak of the housing boom when minutes mattered as houses were selling very quickly. The house went on the market at 11:30am and by 1pm he was there walking through it on FaceTime. My wife said “this sounds weird but can you smell the carpets” and without batting an eye he did it and reported that there was no smell! My wife said “this is the one…” What a world we live in where you can buy a house without actually being there but thanks to realtors like David - willing to do whatever it takes - our offer was accepted by the next day and a few weeks later we closed on the house. He also was great helping us navigate all the nuances of laws in Texas, including property taxes, that were a bit different than where we previously lived. We would highly recommend David and appreciate his personal approach as well as his expertise in helping educate us through the house buying and relocation process in Texas.

I admit, I rarely take the time to write reviews online. But for David Jordan, I must! The market is crazy right now and many homes are only on the market for a matter of hours or days, which added to our stress level when buying a home in the Tomball area and selling our home in Fairfield. David Jordan was the BEST at both!It took us six months to to find a home--inventory was limited and we had to act quickly when new listings were available. David always responded quickly and got us in to see every home right away--we never missed an opportunity! His experience and networking were the key when we finally made an offer--the sellers accepted our offer over several others! And when the sellers asked to close in well under 30 days, Davids preferred lender was competitive on rates/closing costs and got us to closing on time with no issues.As sellers, Davids marketing was quick and effective. After accepting an offer on our home within a couple of days, David guided us through the rest of the selling process and we closed the sale of our home on time and with no issues.David is easy to work with and is an expert at what he does.
