This is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with Dani. Her team is top notch. They communicate well. We had weekly updates. They worked with us to make sure our home was staged beautifully the whole time. They worked to make sure we were competitive and got the most for our home while not having it sit forever.Another amazing perk was the availability and use of their company trailer. Dani had a trailer we could use anytime we wanted saving us time and money renting one. It’s really big and easily fit most of the house in a few trips.The team is outstanding. Listing and closing on our home was super easy and simple. I one hundred percent plan to use this team again when I am ready to purchase or sell a home.

This is an awesome realtor company; its not your usual.This is my daughters realtor and and I was just having the conversation that our realtor only sent us a calendar every year and a small one at that lol. They really care for their clients by staying in touch all thru the year, planning events, and just loving on their clients. Its a great way to keep up the communication and both sides win with future sale of your home or purchasing a home. They are so warm and welcoming all the time Im around them, myself.

Dani and her team went above and beyond in selling our home and finding us a new one to move into last year, all in a very short time frame. The team was patient with us while we asked quite a few stupid questions and they made sure that we were well informed of everything that was going on during the selling and buying processes.She and her team were so great to work with that we recommended them to my in-laws when they wanted to move to the area to be closer to their grand children. Christine did an amazing job in helping them successfully navigate the home buying process.Dani and her team had their work cut out for them in marketing and selling my fathers house recently. They were exceptional at managing expectations and were able to sell his home at a price that was fair to the buyer and more than fair as the seller.Thank you to the entire DHG team! While we dont intend to need their services for the foreseeable future, we will definitely continue to recommend them to all of our family and friends.

I’m not big on writing reviews, but I felt that Shari’s work ethic needed to be called out. While everyone from DHG was okay, Shari is the absolute bee’s knees. She’s much more than a Transaction Manager. She literally organized the selling of my home and kept me from walking away from our listing contract. She is understanding, compassionate, and most importantly has an excellent sense of this business. I hope DHG knows what a wonderful employee they have. Thank you to the DHG team!

Working with Dani Hampton Group was an excellent experience, especially with our agent Laine Haugstad. When we started our search it was a bit difficult finding an agent who was willing to take on a sale and contingent purchase in the tight time frame we had. We met Laine at an open house and she was the only agent we talked to who was not afraid to take on the challenge, she was very optimistic and didnt miss a step. Laine kept us well informed on the sale & purchase, she communicated daily, she was very professional and courteous and above all thanks to her assistant she guided us thru the sale and new home purchase all within the tiny 2 month window we had. We worked with Austin Law to find our home. Even though we were not first time home buyers, Austin was so thorough in providing us as much information as we requested and needed. He met with us after work and on weekends and sometimes even with only a a couple hours notice if advance to show us homes. After interviewing Austin, we knew he was the right agent for us. His positive attitude, contagious laughter, and friendliness made my husband and I feel like we had known him for years. We ended up getting a home that was PERFECT for our family in the location of our dreams!! He also referred us to a lender that helped us get a super low rate. At closing, we paid almost no closing fees because Austin negotiated for a sellers credit. I could not recommend the Dani Hampton Group and Austin Law as an agent enough. Thank you!!

Realtor Laine Haugstad provided the BEST searching & buying experience weve ever had! While she lives and works out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we were looking at homes roughly 1.5 to 3.5 hours from her area. Miss Laine cheerfully made the long trip to meet us in the morning, nearly every day, for 9 days straight! She had other clients at the time... but it felt like we had her all to ourselves from sun-up to well into the late night! Her knowledge of the region and the buying process made it easy for us to make informed decisions. She worked harder for us than anyone I know in the business. She is both professional, and casual- always able to make her clients feel respected as customers, and welcomed like family. I cant imagine buying or selling a property with anyone else. Oh, and by the way... we purchased our property with home and shop with our adult son, and his wife and 2 kids. So thats 4 buyers/owners with their own ideas of what to buy, and the need for adding an additional home to the property. Grandkids are going to be starting school soon... so school performance was also a major factor. Sometimes I still cant believe Laine pulled it off while keeping everyone happy!
