We were so fortunate to have found JaVon Cross. JaVon was always on our side working hard to make the sell of our home and the purchase of our new home simple yet successful. He made it stress free by being available 24/7. Always focused and never failed to answer phone calls or reply to any emails or text messages not matter the the time, day or night. For any of your real estate needs look no further, Javon Cross is your guy. I can’t even tell how we hooked up might have been a random call amongst a lot of them when I decided to sell an inherited property. Regardless I am so glad that this guy was the ONE. I don’t know how he did it but he almost seamlessly guided me thru a horrific experience with my greedy siblings that were out to claim what was rightfully mine. All along he kept telling me do this do that and at the time it kept looking like my return was shrinking and shrinking. But he ASSURED ME at the end of the day you going to win over your greedy family. So respecting his knowledge and expertise I followed his advice. I won’t get into details but Javon Cross knows how to think and pursue things out of the box to get what you deserve and want. He did just that in my situation, his drive and passion for what he knows and does is incredible. He went above and beyond all of my expectations for sure. So whether your buying selling or just need guidance this is your man, you’ll thank me later.

We had the privilege of working with Javon to get our mortgage taken over. The entire process was smooth, fast, and easy since day one! My mother was very attached to her home and very emotional at the thought of leaving it but the team at Cross Equity really helped us out big time with that transition. Like I said above the process was smooth from start to finish, and everyone was so wonderful answering any questions we had and they even helped me with moving our belongings since my mom is disabled and she couldn’t do any lifting.I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone looking to get their mortgage taken over. Last year I decided that I would be selling my house. It needed a lot of work/repairs and hadn’t been updated in over 20 years. I was pondering whether to do all the remodeling and repairs on my own but also realized that it would be a major project to take on by myself. It wasn’t an easy decision but ultimately I decided to sell the house “as is” and leave the headaches of contracting out the work to someone else. Ja’von had been calling for months and keeping in touch. He had been by the house and we discussed options. I was still undecided at that time on my game plan and to be honest, I was skeptical. My equity was my only real asset and I wanted to be sure that I made the right decision. Ja’von was persistent but not annoying. Months later, we met up again at the house and had another discussion. Ja’von could sense that I had some trust issues and we were both very transparent and discussed them. He assured me that he would always be upfront and honest. I took a leap of faith and signed a contract with Ja’von. He kept in constant contact throughout the process and kept me in the loop. Chicago Title (Annie and her team) was amazing to work with as well. The closing process from beginning to end went much better than I had imagined it would. No glitches on Ja’vons end or the Title company’s end. All went smooth and exactly as he described to me. I would absolutely recommend Cross Equity! We were caught holding the mortgage note to our mothers home after her untimely death, with no life insurance to help us. Mr. Cross went above and beyond to help us. He walked us through the process and always answered his phone with our billion questions and eased our fears. Not only were we able to close in a timely manner with the Covid restrictions, he made sure we were even able to walk away with enough money to pay her debt off and her funeral. We will forever be grateful for his services and compassion during such a difficult time. You will not go wrong putting your trust in Cross Equity. I highly recommend him and will use his services in the future.

The owner of this company is one of the nicest people you will ever come across. He purchased my grandfather’s home that had recently passed away. He made a good offer and was so respectful to my mom and dad (anyone he speaks to really). He is very responsive when asking questions or when unforeseen issues arise. My dad had heart attack a week and a half before closing and he worked with the estate attorney’s to keep things moving without adding anymore pressure on my mom. Even after closing he allowed me to come to the property to pick up a few things which he did not have to do. I would say even going out of his way to open the house up for me. I am very thankful he found my mom and was able to work out a deal that worked for both parties. I can’t wait to see what the house looks like when he is done with the renovation. This is also a veteran owned company which makes it even better for us.
