I recently took this course in Fall 2022, and can’t say enough great things about the course, and the folks involved. The guest speakers were incredible, and the group exercises were my favorite part. I learned so much and now have a fuller understanding of the “why” behind various decisions for CRE investors and owners. Very intense 8-week program but the skills you learn can be deployed in real time. Highly recommend!!

The CRE Analyst Fast Track program was an incredible experience that I recommend to anyone passionate about CRE. I was able to make a massive leap in my understanding of the finance behind real estate as well as develop marketable skills that help me be effective daily. The program is more than a class - it is like a master class and internship combined in one. I was able to get hands-on experience with real-world leases, OM’s, broker’s opinion of value, DCF valuations, and other industry documents. Above all, I have never had two better teachers. The relationships I built with the teachers as well as other people in the class are part of what makes the program unique relative to other training options. Exceptional program with great people.

Fantastic class to take if you are in the commercial real estate space looking to understand the big picture better. The skills you will foster in this class will allow you to not only zoom in and zoom out in terms of digging in the weeds and seeing where your job fits in the big picture. But allow you to achieve a level of efficiency in your role that evades many that become very entrenched in just being a processor and not a thinker. Thinkers are the ones that understand the big picture and use different levers to create value, while processors may get stuck in the weeds too much. Long story short, this class will take years off your learning curve, if you are willing to put in the work.I highly recommend everyone in the space take this course!
