Highly recommend working with Courtney if youre looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the market, comes prepared, isnt afraid to negotiate, and truly takes the time to understand what youre looking for. She helped us purchase a home in February and was patient with us during the search until we found the right one. Once we found the one, she did her homework and enabled us to close within 21 days for below asking price! This was my first time buying a house and Im so thankful for Courtneys help and guidance throughout the process. Shes the best!

Courtney was incredible! This was my first time buying a house and coming into this process knowing absolutely nothing, courtney was so informative making it such an easy process. She is very responsive, honest with advice, and makes sure you are comfortable with what you are choosing, not just trying to “make a sale”. I would absolutely use her services again when the time comes.

I may never be able to truly express the amount of gratitude and love I have for Courtney Peugh!
