We had a lot of people approach us to sale our home; however, Colum was the only one that was not pushy and addressed our questions prior to hiring him as our realtor. Throughout the selling process of our home, Colum was very responsive to our questions and professional. He walked us through every process of the sale and explained everything thoroughly, and when we didnt understand something, he made sure we understood.I thought my home looked great before; however, once Colum had professional pictures taken, it took my home to excellence! I couldnt even recognize my home. I honestly believe it was due to his listing that caused over 30 views of our home and 24 offers within a 72 hour period in one weekend. Needless to say, we were under contract by that Monday and by the end of the month, our home was sold!Colum is easy-going, has a friendly demeanor but professional at the same time. He was very reassuring and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell he loves what he do and has everyones best interest at hand.
