Collin Roberts as a realtor is so much more than that. As a local person with his family, unlike us who moved 1400 miles to TX, his faith is central to who he is. He is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, personable, and works beyond the end. His recommendations for contractors is exemplary as we have utilized the services of Christmas Air for heating/ cooling, Jose Tlapa for electrical, Jose Sanchez for insulation, Toby with Exclusive Pest for termites, and Tucker with The Gutter Factory for gutters. His relationship with Independence Title made our closing smooth driving from VA and wiring money. He was a God send in every way making our transition to TX after 46 years in VA a delight. My wife and I highly recommend him with Compass.

I dont think its possible to find a realtor that will respond more quickly to your questions. Collin helped me to understand all the legalese and even found a mistake in the title that several other realtors had missed.
