Clairen is the best! As all first type home buyers are, I was very nervous about finding the right realtor. I felt at ease when I met Clairen. She is very knowledgeable about the ATX market and is eager to meet the needs of her clients. If she is unsure of something, she will do research to find the answer to help you make the best decision. I was especially impressed at her ability to identify pros and cons, I had not realized, in certain areas, communities and homes. We already had a realtor when meeting Clairen, but she has still been an amazing resource and helped us out tremendously when my MIL was moving to the area. She took care of her and and helped her find a home. We dont know the area that well and were concerned with finding a safe place for her to live while it still being affordable. Clairen eased our worries and found her the perfect place! She worked really hard, has been extremely helpful and helped set very positive and realistic expectations throughout the entire process.
