    Cindy Collazo Moody is an incredible El Paso. My husband and I relocated to Fort Bliss over a year ago with the military, and we had been so anxious to begin the home buying process, especially with a VA loan. But Cindy made the whole experience feel manageable, largely because she contacted us so frequently with updates on our home and keeping us aware of our next steps. Our bank wasnt holding up their end as far as processing documents on time and responding when we would contact them, and Cindy helped us navigate that situation and ensured we were still able to close on the day we had hoped for.
