Christy did an amazing job selling our home. Christy and her team handle the sale of our home extremely well. They were easy to deal with and kept everything up front and honest the entire time. I would recommend that anyone in the area needing a realtor reach out to her first. You wont regret it.Originally our house was listed with a different realtor for 4 months when we had to terminate that agreement and ended up going with Christy. Christy had our house under contract in 18 days and sold in time for us to buy our next home. At the time we were selling 2 homes and buying another. Christy and her team made it so much less stressful through communication and staying engaged throughout the entire process.

I will NEVER use any other realtor! This would have been the biggest flop I’ve ever experienced while buying or selling a home if it was not for Christy’s market expertise and unparalleled professionalism.Due to the contract issues we experienced, we moved out of town just days before the original closing date that was tailored to the buyers. (I get it not their fault everyone has life to deal with) I was extremely nervous about this. The date of closing kept getting pushed back and eventually the buyers agent stopped any relevant correspondence, if any at all. Their demands were piling up to the point I considered not selling entirely. We were starting to worry we would be going back to the market or reviewing renting options.It is only because of Christy’s persistence and commitment to excellence that we finally closed at a fair price almost 1 month after buyer agent delays, that unfortunately cost the buying party more money.THIS is only money we would have lost and we were already at our bottom line for selling. Christy had nothing to gain from fighting for us. Any other realtor could have kept us in the dark… taken their commission and ran. Not Christy, she refused to sell until the wrongs were made right and kept us informed at all times. Even when we were exhausted enough to just get this over with. Anyone can go get a realtor license and make a commission or two. Honestly for us it was easy besides the worry if we were going to sell or not. Christy made it as stress free as possible within the limits of her control.What Christy has as a realtor is not something that is trained or taught. It’s rare to see someone who holds their morals higher than a paycheck. I would/will whole heartedly place my trust in Christy again. Moves are tough and expensive, we are extremely lucky to have Christy on our team. She will truly keep your best interest on the forefront of your transaction and wont quit fighting until it’s over. 100 out of 10!!

Excellent from initial contact to after closing! . After trying to get repairs on my house in preparation to sell for over a year, Christy was the reason I was finally able to close at initial asking price in less than two months. Upon initial contact, Christy recommended a great remodeling company, oversaw repairs to meet prospective buyer needs, went step by step through the process with me, kept me updated the entire time, and worked with me to solve financial needs during the process. Her understanding of the market and my goals was essential in selling the house in an expedited time-frame. Despite the difficulties that sellers are having currently, she led me in the right direction on remodeling decisions while still keeping the buyers interests in mind and displaying integrity for both seller and buyer. Shes also military friendly and super responsive by text, phone, and email. I 100% recommend her!

My husband and I moved into our home almost 5 months ago.When my husband and I decided to buy a house again, we dreaded the process because of our previous experience (different state, different realtor). We knew that it was going to be a pain in the butt.... so we thought. Soon after talking to Christy on the phone, she immediately started working on our behalf. In total, we visited about 5 or 6 homes. The home she found for us was not on any popular real estate website.Christy listened to our needs. She did not suggest homes that were far off the mark. They would be within our price range and met the needs of our family. It didnt take viewing 100 homes before we found the one.Heres my biggest compliment. Nothing is more frustrating than contacting someone about business and they dont return your call within appropriate amount of time. Sometimes I would be anxious about not hearing back from her, but she would be addressing my concerns before even responding. If she could not call me back, she would respond with a text to let me know and eventually we would get on the phone. I never had to wait too long. When buying a house, time is of the essence and I appreciate that she operates in the same way.If we were to buy another house, we would use Christy again.This has absolutely nothing to do with the purchase of our home, but I wanted to add this because it caught me off guard and it was a beautiful surprise. Christy dropped off a little goody bag to our home A COUPLE OF MONTHS AFTER the purchase of our home.We were satisfied with her services and had a good experience with buying our home.

The El Paso market is very face paced, and if your realtor is not communicating with you daily then you will miss out on opportunities.Christy was detailed oriented from the beginning, we moved here from Okinawa and she began communicating with us months before we even arrived. Hire This Realtor Now! Christy is new to the El Paso area but DO NOT let that stop you from hiring her. We interviewed three realtors and she really wowed us. Christy is a full package realtor; she provided an honest assessment of our home, gave us advice on staging and even put in sweat equity in getting our home ready to sell. We sold within a week at over asking which was $75,000 more than another realtor valued our home. The best advice I can give is interview several realtors and then hire Christy.

So knowledgeable! Christy is the best. I PCSd in and was given her number from a coworker. I messaged her with no notice and was talking to her on the phone within the hour and getting pre approved that night with a lender. I was seeing houses within 2 days and we closed in less than 3 weeks! I’m new to the area and she told it how it was. She was willing to be as hands on as I wanted and I wanted all of her knowledge and input. She helped with location, resale value, market prediction and all the things people look for that I don’t necessarily care about. Christy put up with all my questions and uncertainty with grace and professionalism. She got me a below asking offer with a lot in closing costs and great concessions added on at closing. The house even appraised for 15k less giving me equity before I got the keys! She had great personality and energy that really made the monotonous task of looking at houses over and over feel less like a chore. She got me housewarming present and she had a cleaning crew at the house when I pulled in for the first time which was amazing. I would recommend her to anyone and hope to use her myself again!
