David was a pleasure to work with and was able to help us find a fantastic deal on a house in one of the hottest markets (Austin, TX). He kept us updated on all of our top choices and gave us plenty of backup options as well. I really appreciate his professionalism and diligence to get us our dream home in time for our move! Eric helped me find my first home in west Houston. Since this was my first home purchase, I was completely lost and confused. Eric was so patient and knowledgeable about the process and constantly reassured me that I was in good hands and everything will be taken care of.We looked through multiple houses together and for each house he would break down the home values and give pointers on what to look for and I truly appreciated all of his insight. Once we settled on a house and gave an offer, he was there every step of the way to make sure all documents were in order and everything was submitted in a timely manner to prepare for closing.This process would have been so tedious and tiresome if I didnt have Erics support and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I was looking to rent a house in this market and David was able to assist in that. He got me listings of my preferences on what I needed and was able to get me showings the very next day. He is very prompt and follows up in making sure you get the best opportunity in securing the house.However, due to market conditions, I was not able to find a house to rent but he was able to flip the switch and become my apartment finder. David is a “Do it all” kind of guy. His flexibility and being able to reach him at all time is something that should not be overlooked. All in all, I was able to secure an apartment to my liking thanks to David.I would advise anyone looking to buy their first home or finding an apartment to live in to reach out to Chingoo Properties as they have your best interest in mind.
