My husband and I live in NYC, but we were interested in some properties in Texas. Our good friends recommended us Cheryl and we are so happy they did. She was really responsive and professional in our communication even before arriving to Texas. Once we arrived our showings were nicely organized and had everything we were looking for. Cheryl did detailed research and answered all our questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and gave us a wonderful tour of the areas surrounding the properties we were interested in. We will definitely continue using Cheryl as our realtor for all our future properties.

Cheryl Bowers is beyond the best realtor i could have ever imagined. She is always positive but not in an artificial way. She goes above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for has great vision to make it into what you are ideally looking for! Looking for a house when I was super pregnant could not have gone more smoothly! Even if you dont have the biggest budget she doesnt treat you any differently and works her butt off! Cheryl was an absolutely amazing realtor to work with. She was patient with my husband and I as we searched and searched for our perfect first house in a crazy, competitive Dallas market. She was very knowledgeable across the board and answered our many, many questions thoroughly. Cheryl never pressured us into ANYTHING while we were searching and was more than available at the drop of a hat to help show us properties. She truly became more like family by the end of our search and is still in touch regularly...more than 4 years later.

My husband and I have worked with Cheryl for 3 sale and purchase transactions now and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! Our last purchase there was so much competition and we were 1 of 7 offers on the house. She went above and beyond, talked with the listing agent to speak highly of us and “build us up” to let the agent and seller know how much we loved the house, etc. She knew exactly how to negotiate to put us at the top! They picked our offer (and we weren’t the highest offer either) but I’m confident it was because Cheryl kept in constant contact with the listing agent, negotiated in our favor, and spoke so highly of us to them. She is professional, patient, and makes the purchase and sale process less stressful and fun!
