I could have not picked a better realtor! I was very fortunate that I had Cheo guiding me through the home buying process. I was in a time crunch to buy a home and move and Cheo did everything he could to help me find what I wanted. He was very detail oriented and responsive during each step of the process. Mr. Cheo is truly one of the best realtor in town. (Trust me, I called around) From the moment we talked, I knew he was motivated to help me. This was my first time buying a home and he walked me through the whole process and helped me get in contact with the right people to help make the process a lot easier. He never stopped helping me, anything I needed or had questions about, he was there. Mr. Cheo is someone you can trust but also someone you can count on. The most important part that made him stand out from others was, he never ever let me settle. I told him what I was looking for and he found it. I could message him anytime about any new listing and within 24 hours, he made the appointment for me to see the house. Mr. Cheo ALWAYS came through. I was so happy when I was finally able to find my house but more grateful for his help. Mr. Cheo is truly one of the best realtor anyone could ever ask for.
