Thanks to Caylee Loville we were able to secure an extended lease in the exact neighborhood we desired. We were looking to stay zoned to a specific school, so it made the search area much smaller. Add in the fact that we were looking to move after the school year ended and we had a challenging search ahead of us. The area that we were targeting also had a limited inventory.However, Caylee took on the challenge and negotiated like a pro.She followed up with me when I was loosing hope and helped me negotiate within budget for an extended lease period. She also did her best to help me troubleshoot a few issues that arose with the landlord.I would highly recommend using her as a realtor. She works hard and is professional.Thanks again, Caylee!

Caylee is such an amazing realtor. She really went above and beyond to advocate for us and kept us informed throughout the whole home buying process. We originally went to her to look for a rental home because we had no idea where to even start with buying a home, but after seeing how unbelievably informative, helpful, and encouraging Caylee is we decided to try to buy a home. I want to say that we would never have made it through the process without her! We closed on our 1st home the 27th of march! We cannot express how happy and thankful we are! Caylee was amazing to work with and was incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. As first time home buyers, the process was daunting and Caylee happily guided us the entire way. Her enthusiasm and drive to help us was at 100% from start to finish of our new construction home. Even when we needed to schedule inspections / walkthroughs at the last minute, she always made sure to get it sorted out as soon as possible and she always relayed our concerns to our Builder and made sure things were done right. She truly made us feel that we had nothing to worry about during our home construction. She was always available to answer any questions and concerns we had and definitely had our best interest in mind. We could have not asked for a better person for the job!
