From start to finish Alex was very professional and flexible with my situation. I needed to move pretty quickly to free up some money from my house to help out a family member and he bought my house and got me paid in 12 days. He was fair in what he was able to offer, and very responsive throughout the process. He even gave me an extra week after I got my money to get things moved out. I will be recommending Alex to anyone in need of selling their house in the future.
