Sam understands his clients needs and has a no-excuse mentality to executing. I moved to north Austin for work and I needed to sell my house in Houston, but first I wanted to make some updates so we could put it on the market for top dollar. With me being 3 hours away, Sam was instrumental in providing solid contractor recommendations and solid advice for which improvements to make and which ones to skip. Being an engineer Im especially demanding and high maintenance (as many have told me through the years) but this was no problem for Sam. Sam did a fantastic job with the staging and with the photos. He negotiated hard and we were under contract in just a few days. That contract closed as planned in December 2021. Without Sams expertise, Im certain I would have encountered delays and added stress. Sam and Trish and team delivered as promised.

Sam and his crew have done a fantastic job for my husband and I. They became our realtors a few years ago - via referral - and helped us place our home on the market. They were thorough and detailed every step of the way and helped us avoid selling our house prematurely to ensure we were able to get fair market value for our home. Once that sale was done, we then used Sam and his team to help us find our new home. The process with them was painless. We told them exactly what we wanted, the area, the price range and more importantly what we wanted to accomplish with our next home in terms of size, amenities, garage space, etc. With their guidance and help, we were able to find the perfect home! Once we settled on the property we wanted, Sam didn’t skip a beat. He worked tirelessly on our behalf to negotiate a better cost for us, helped ensure we were able to get some added amenities that were of importance and stood side-by-side us every step of the way from having the contract/offer accepted, all the way through to the very last minute of the deal when the funding was finalized and we were given the keys to our new home. But Sam’s help didn’t end there. Sam checks up on us from to time to make sure everything is going well with our new home. Had a great experience with the Carratala group I really appreciated their ability to work around our schedule. They were very helpful in explaining the different phases of the house hunting through the financing. They helped in the negotiations to lower the final price. They also helped in the final inspections prior to final signatures and found a couple of items that needed repairs that the builders inspector missed. In the future will use the Carratala’s Group and recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience when pursuing a real estate transaction.
