We met Bryan last summer in 2022 to look at a house. We were not ready to fully jump into the process yet, Bryan understood and kept in touch. In January 2023 he reached out and that kick started the process for us to get things going, we started browsing new homes and within 2 weeks we had our house ready for professional pictures taken by Bryan’s teams and within day 3 days on market we had received multiple offers and by Saturday evening we were under contract to sell our current home. We just closed yesterday and he could not have made the process easier! He helped us find and negotiate on our new dream home that we are now under contract on and eagerly awaiting it’s completion to Close.We cannot say enough good things about Bryan. He is professional, responsive, stays on top of things so you have less to worry about, he has great attention to detail, and the referrals he has provided have all been amazing as well.
