My wife and I worked with June Clark as a buyer and a seller. Having worked with several agents in the past, I was prepared to do much of the work to move the process forward. Within 5 minutes of our first meeting I was completely blown away with June and her process. She was very organized when it came to understanding the unique needs of us as clients and how things work in Austin. It was like the entire buying and selling process was on autopilot. June was extremely proactive with sending us properties and assisting with details like lending.It was a very competitive time to purchase in Austin. June had us ready. Once the process started, everything she had set up put us in a position to confidently negotiate and secure the house we wanted. I cant imagine a better house listing & selling experience than we got from David Brodsky and his team. We trusted Davids judgement at every step -- when to list, listing price, staging, what repairs to make, what information to provide, negotiation strategy when we got an offer -- and he was spot on every time. We received a signed offer less than 3 weeks from the date the listing was posted. After negotiation, we got 99.99% of the listing price. From signed offer to close was about 4 weeks, and David & team were on top of everything during that process to get everything closed on time. We had already moved, so David met the staging team and various inspectors at the house as needed. Talk about full service! There arent enough stars for this team.

The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable!From the first day that we met, Sarah spent her entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, She was always available to provide me with the information that I needed. Every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to her. She helped us get premium pricing on our home and when we needed it, she negotiated the lowest price possible on our purchase.Sarah’s level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market was impressive. At the time, Sarah was still new to this career and you would never know it. She had resources from her team at her fingertips and she had answers for all of our difficult questions.Sarah was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she’d always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously, we purchased a renovated older home so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. She created a path to get us across the finish line.Sarah is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, She was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence she would get the job done – and she did!Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and just overall GOOD ENERGY made a potentially stressful sale and purchase process simple. In June of this year, we moved our parents into an assisted living facility due to their health issues. It was an extremely difficult decision but one that was best for both of them. Unfortunately, with this move, we had to sell their home of 47 years to cover the cost of assisted living. Ive been looking for a house to purchase on/off since around 2015 but couldnt ever quite pull the trigger with any agents or through Redfin. I was recommended this brokerage by a good friend. While I requested Courtney, I ended up with June C (as Courtney was going out on maternity leave) and couldnt have been happier. June and I started working together Feb 2018 and saw probably over 40 houses together, from Round Rock all the way to South Austin and everything west to east in between. She brought me to many different styles of homes and we ended up landing with DR Horton with a new build to be completed in late 2018, signing papers to put a $1000 earnest hold in May 2018.From May to December, June and I met sporadically to check in on the house as we saw it built from the ground up: foundation, plumbing, framing, drywall, floors, cabinetry, and final walkthrough. I went through a devastating breakup with my significant other in Nov, a month before I was about to close and seriously considered pulling my contract. She took me out for happy hour and listened to me rationalize my way through my pain. June said she would support me in whatever decision I chose. I ultimately decided to purchase the house for me and went under contract to close.Over a year later, I still love my house and wouldnt have changed anything.
