Brittany did an amazing job selling our home and finding us a new one. She drove all around to different locations to help us find the perfect new house. She priced our old home perfectly and helped prepare it before it went on the market. She had an open house and timed it perfectly to allow all the offers to come in. It sold for much more than the asking price and I know it’s because Brittany prepared and researched beforehand. After all of the offers came in, Brittany explained all the differences and helped guide us in picking out the best offer. It went smoothly and from start to finish, she exceeded our timeline and I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Brittany for all you did!!!!! We will use you again if we ever sell and buy!
