I highly recommend Brilliant Day Homes as a company you can really trust when selling your home. I received a very fair price and excellent service throughout the process of selling an inherited house. I was able to communicate easily with Kevin and he was able to handle almost everything concerning the sale of the house through the use of phone calls and emails, so I would not have to make countless 8 hour round trips to Houston to finalize the sale. Kevin is an honest and thoughtful person, very easy to work with, and helped guide me step by step from our first phone call to the signing of the paperwork to complete the sale.

When the time finally came to do something about Moms house, we knew we needed professional help. It was an older home in an up and coming neighborhood, dated and in need of major TLC. We have known Kevin and Savannah, personally, for over 5 years and they were the obvious choice because of their honesty and integrity. They were so helpful, walking us through all the options and carefully explaining every step along the way. Moms home sold for a good price and the whole process went like clockwork, just like Kevin and Savannah said. Now, all that money can help keep Mom comfortable in assisted living. We are very happy with Brilliant Day and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to quickly sell a home!

I highly recommend Brilliant Day Homes. Kevin and his team were truly a bright spot in the midst of a terrible situation with the death of my dad. My brother and I were totally overwhelmed with the acquisition of his hoarder home, and they were kind, helpful, efficient, and very professional. Hopefully, we will never have to do that again, but if we did, I would be calling Brilliant Day Homes!

I reached out to Kevin amid the COVID-19 crisis. While we didnt reach an agreement, he was professional and friendly. He actually listened, and I could sense he genuinely cared about my situation, not just trying to buy my house. He took the time to provide me with additional resources, tips and advice to sell my house. If circumstances were different, Id seek him out again just to sell my house to him!
