Im only repeating all of Brians previous reviews, as you can read, but the points I want to drive home is my experience as a first time home buyer who was very reluctant to jump into the big pond. Brian is an expert who is focused on client care, theres no other way to put it. He knows what to look for in this fixer upper crazed market, the faulty foundation areas Texas is notorious for, and can how to narrow down your home search to exactly what you want. I wont lie, I was terrified walking into the process, but felt confident and at ease with the purchase we made. If you choose Brian you will feel his commitment to being the best for his clients. By the way, he doesnt disappear after you close, and we will be using him as a lifelong homeowners resource! Thank you again, Brian.

Brain St. Clair’s performance and professionalism as a real estate professional is characterized by dynamic leadership, aggressive attention to detail, exceptional knowledge and an unparalleled ability to maximize resources that ends in results, which is what ever homeowner expects from a real estate professional.I have been in the United States Marine Corps for over 22 years and have bought and sold many homes in various States. I worked with Brian from another State to sell my home in Texas without every once meeting him in person. Brian went above what I expected and was always there for my family and I no matter the time or day required. Because I was not in Texas during this experience, Brain was required to be there for many occasions which took many hours to accomplish and time ordinarily not expected or required from an agent.Brain is one of those few professionals who puts his client’s needs above his own needs or gains! When my family and I first arrived in Fort Worth we had a very short time to find a house. A coworker recommended Brian and he engaged with us right away. We found a house but were beaten by an all cash offer (cant compete with that) so we quickly switched gears and he helped us find a rental in a nice family neighborhood, Liberty Crossing. 9 months later, as our rental contract was nearing and end and we still wanted to buy a house, we remembered Brians professionalism and dedication so we contacted him and started looking. He flooded us with homes that met our general parameters and took us on many tours and open houses in such a short time that 6 days later, we had an offer on the perfect house. You know the one, perfect size, quiet family neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac, 5 min from the highway, and close to the neighborhood pool. Our offer was accepted and over the next month Brian helped us go over any questions we had on the closing or financial documents. He was there in person when we needed him and quickly responded to text questions or phone calls. When we signed the final documents, he was there to shake our hands and congratulate us. Over the past couple decades, Ive moved around a lot for work and Brian is THE BEST REALTOR Ive ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and have coffee with him, youll stop looking for realtors.
