I have been buying and selling property in Houston for about two decades now. I have used various realtors (to SELL properties) and I would rate Brian at the very top - for various reasons.1. He works according you my schedule. Is that not wonderful? Thursday after 7:30 PM - and he will make it happen. If he cannot, he will give you three options!2. He keeps responding to texts and emails almost instantly. If he is in a meeting or conference he will tell you ahead of time, and respond later in the evening.3. He does a good market survey and tells you the reasonable price at which a home would sell in the current market in the current area and sells it for that price.4. He lets you know of the prospects coming in, when he is planning a showing etc. In short, he knows how to deal with clients.5. Perfect liaison with my builder, bank, title company, lender... I never had to worry about any paperwork. He handled it, followed through till the end.He is very knowledgeable. A professional. He is a breath of fresh air.

Brian is an excellent real estate advisor and all around genuine guy. I say advisor because he is in the business of looking out for your needs above anything else. He took the time to listen to our dreams and doubts and not only gave us a thorough break down of what he could offer but also advised us on what direction we should take even at the risk of losing our business. He showed that he cares about our future which is so hard to find these days. I definitely am looking forward to working with Brian in the future. Thank you!

One of the best guys I know in the real estate market and one of the most straightforward guys you can work with.
