I have used brand properties to buy and sell 4 homes and have recommended them to others that have had a great experience as well. They have a great team and they are on top of the entire process. I recommend using them for buying or selling. I will add they selling with them they capture more amenities than what I have seen with other listings that I have looked at.

We came to Texas without knowing the area but had a short window of about two months to find and move into our new home. Erin was basically our personal tour guide of the area. She spent time driving us around several different towns and really helped us get a feel for the area. She helped us find the perfect home in a neighborhood that is great for families. Our escrow was quick and the entire process, from searching to closing date, couldnt have taken more than a month total. Erin and her team were so great to work with. They were always quick to respond and knowledgeable. They are so sweet too! They have brought gifts to both kids Ive had since moving into our home. Just really one of a kind people! I refer everyone I know to them. You cant find a better group of people to help you find the perfect home.

We recently purchased a home using Erin as an agent and she was fantastic! She helped us negotiate the price with the builder and saved more than ten percent off the asking price. When it came time to pick decor and interior upgrades Erin was there with us, not only giving an expert eye to colors and patterns, but advising on what upgrades were better purchased ourselves to save off the builder price as well. She even gave us the name of a handyman to do the work! I couldnt give high enough praise to the work that Erin did in helping us make our purchase as well as the rest of the amazing team at Brand Properties that weve had the pleasure of meeting at parties and events they have hosted. Erin Pickard was such a joy to our family as we were looking for and purchasing a home. We relocated from out of state and we had one week to find a home in our new area. She was so accommodating with her schedule; we were at a 2-hour time difference discussing what we wanted in a home and what we liked to see and when we came for a week to look at houses, she was there! She was so wonderful to our 5 year old son and 10 year old daughter. Unfortunately, our original home sale fell through and we were not able to purchase any of the homes we had viewed. When we finally sold our home, Erin again went out to look at homes on our behalf. She would video call, take video, pictures, walk other friends/family through the homes. Stacey came out to our house and she had so many great suggestions to stage the house (check the awesome photos by Googling 228 Barkley Drive Hickory Creek) The price she recommended listing our house at was right and we sold it quickly. Getting our home listed was a great experience but the Brand Properties Group truly showed us value when the offers came in and how they handled the negotiations, inspection and repairs. This was our 4th home sold (2nd this year) and 5th purchase with this team. There isnt a better group of agents with their combined experience anywhere in North Texas. My wife Sara and I started seriously looking for our first house in August and were connected with Erin by chance through Zillow. Initially we were going to try navigating the home-buying process on our own but we quickly figured out having an experienced agent working with us was invaluable. Theres too many moving parts for a first-time buyer, and Erin always had a gameplan for every situation we faced. She was available morning or night and always made time for us, whether it was looking at a house that had just been put on the market the night before or answering questions about the next step in the process (we had a lot). She balanced our expectations and concerns about different properties with shrewd recommendations and observations, and because of her advice we ultimately ended up with a house better than either my wife or myself thought wed ever live in. Erin and her team coordinated well with all parties involved all the way to closing. The only thing Id do different if I was doing it all over is working with the lender Erin recommended (mine delayed closing twice, and she predicted the possibility they would). Erins an absolute pro and we feel extremely lucky we got to work with her.
