    Kasey Gilliam, my agent with Bramlett Residential Real Estate, was absolutely great! As a result, I was able to put everything in her competent hands and succeeded in selling my home in South Central Austin for remodel, instead of tear down by a developer, at a decent price.Kasey was honest, helpful, and willing to explore options. I was informed and advised about every offer. One issue with the sale was a heritage live oak in the front which was protected. As a result, developers were unable to exploit the property as much as they would have liked and the initial offers were for cheap turnaround and attempts to find the tree unhealthy even though it was healthy. We spoke about this and in the end, both of us sided with the tree -- for our principles and the community.Kelly was on the property with her fine team after we vacated, making sure that it was presentable. When homeless people broke in, she made sure that the home was better secured and helped with clean up.I am a widow and it was extremely important for me to sell the house so that I could get on with my life. Kasey respected my needs throughout the process and took care of everything. Closing was especially easy.

    Best real estate experience ever! As an out of state buyer, I was nervous about the process after finding a home to purchase. Vikki was there from start to finish.     Working with Sarah Crowson on buying and selling my last house was great! She helped me create and refine the right criteria to find the ideal sized house with a wonderful yard, in the location I desired. We reviewed quite a few homes before I found the house I wanted to purchase. I was not pressured into buying any homes that I was not comfortable with. She also helped point out potential issues during walkthroughs.The sale side of my house went wonderfully. She had a staging company come in and set the house up to look great. A professional photographer took the pictures. All of this generated a lot of interest in the house. I had a request to see the house within 2 hours of the sale posting online, with many more the next day. I had an offer in under 24 hours and an agreement within 2 days.     I used Kasey Gilliam as an agent for both the sale of my original house, and then the subsequent search for/purchase of my new house. Kasey has an accounting background and unlike most other agents Ive worked with, is very organized, objective, and data-driven. For the sale of my original house, she prepared a detailed market analysis to determine pricing and presented a well thought out plan for the sale. In my case, however, it was her extensive contact list that ultimately brought a buyer to the table. For the new house purchase, she shared a trove of information about the neighborhoods I was interested in, and objectively pointed out positives and negatives of all the houses I looked at instead of simply trying to sell them. When I found one that I wanted to move on, she proved herself to be a shrewd negotiator.     This is our second time purchasing a home here in TX. The first time, my family went from living in a 2200 sq.ft luxury condo apartment in Steiner Ranch to a five year old, huge 3400 sq.ft home in the Sendero Springs/ Walsh Ranch neighborhood. Our original real estate agent was completely fantastic, she did an amazing job get us the exact location we wanted in the perfect house, despite not knowing the Round Rock area at all.This time around we had time and a global pandemic working against us. I wanted to purchase an even newer home in a new growing suburban hot spot near Paloma Lake, just NE of 35 in Round Rock. We had a huge deadline to find a home because our property management company for our rental home requires 2 months notice to vacate. That and the fact that home hunting during a pandemic isnt easy.I decided to use a real estate agent that knew the Round Rock area, especially Paloma Lake sub-area. Luckily for me, I came across Bramlett Real Estate here on Yelp.The answering service took my info on a Saturday afternoon. In less than an hour I was introduced to the most thoughtful and dedicated real estate agent I have ever met. Her name is Vicki Duran, and she did not stop working for my wife and I until our house closed two days ago.Im not sure how, but she somehow managed to find us a new home in under a week, recommend a great loan officer and close in less than 30 days, during one of the craziest times in Human history! And never once did we feel on our own. Vickis confidence, experience, compassion towards us during the whole process was invaluable.She even helped point me towards a great home warranty company and a great interior painter.     Sally Pierce is a wonderful, kind lady who knows her real estate business well. She is well connected in the real estate business and is great with new builds. Moving into Texas from out of state, I am in the process of completing two new houses (one a 1031 exchange and the other my residence) in Sun City Texas and Sally has been there to monitor the building process and keeping me posted on all the process including photos. Sally does not miss anything. As one building inspector said to me, “when you have Sally working with you, you have a bull dog on your side”. Sally is prompt and there for all important meetings even when I can’t be there.

    Carlos was an absolute blessing to have as our Realator. The first thing that I noticed about him was that I felt like I could ask any questions- regardless of how dumb. This was super important to my husband and I because this is the first house we have ever purchased.The second thing that stuck out is the way he never pressured us to buy a specific house or tried to push us towards anything if we didn’t feel comfortable with it. The only advice anyone could give us about selling a house was “make sure you get a really good relator.” Rob was everything we were hoping for and more. I am based in San Diego, so I had to do this entirely remotely.The market wasnt great, but Joe helped me navigate through the whole process, right from tenant move out, repair works and helped me prepare the home in the best and most cost effective way to appeal to the buyers. I think his pricing was also spot on. He took care of finding all the repair crew, all I had to do was to approve the repairs. He took care of following up with repair crew. Overall, he was on top of things and executed flawlessly. The entire process was painless and couldnt have gone any smoother considering that I was remote.He kept me informed throughout the process, gave unbiased opinions. He genuinely looked at for my interests, rather than trying to make a quick sale. He stuck the right balance by being proactive without being pushy. At one point, I was thinking of backing out and he encouraged me to stay.Being remote without someone like Joe, it would have been a very difficult process to manage this sale in this tough environment. If I had to do this again, I would definitely go with Joe. I also really appreciate his newsletters, very informative.

    I don’t often write reviews but had to write a review for Xuan Redding at Bramlett Residential Real Estate. Xuan is an excellent realtor that knows the market well and provides great insight as to what is worth buying and what is not. Based on just a few meetings and reviewing a few properties, Xuan knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to find a great deal for me. I felt at ease very quickly when working with Xuan. Xuan gives no pressure but gives sound advice treating my money as if it were her own. I trust Xuan to do the right thing and to advise in an honest way. She is not just focussing on a sale like so many are these days, she even went above and beyond to get me a discount on the house I got without me even asking for it! Now that is incredible!It had been a while since I had bought a property and Xuan led and drove through the entire process, helping to coordinate with inspector, title company and lender facilitating almost everything. Xuan provided lists of choices for title company, inspectors and lenders but in no way pressured me to use any of them. Xuan also spent time to create videos to explain parts of the process that needed additional explanations (Contracts etc). She was happy to do in person or over the phone but I was busy traveling so this made it very convenient for me. The explanations were very clear and concise.I cannot recommend Xuan enough!     Molly is an outstanding real estate agent. I was extremely fortunate to be connected to her through a mutual personal trainer. I had been renting for years, and was interested in finally investing in my own home. Knowing I was a first-time home buyer, she went above and beyond in providing me with a binder and sitting down with me and explaining everything to me. I could take the binder home, make notes, contact her with questions, and she was so happy to share her wealth of knowledge on all the details of searching for homes, putting in offers, and the process of closing.     It was wonderful to work with Molly Parks in purchasing my first home and an investment property. She made the process smooth and easy (or at least as smooth and easy as home purchasing can be). She was very responsive and accommodating of my schedule and was able to arrange showings at all times of the day.With Mollys help and guidance, I was able to see a home, make an offer, and have it accepted all in the same day. Additionally, she was even able to negotiate the price down a little bit on both properties to get them below asking, which is no easy task in the competitive Austin real-estate market.     Kasey Gilliam with Bramlett Residential Real Estate is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Eric Bramlett the owner has also been great through the entire process.     Jan Daum is AMAZING, she is very knowledgeable in what she does, a kind hearted person, and professional. When we first bought our starter home we couldnt ask for better realtor. She was recommended to me from a friend and she did not disappointment us. She had everything laid out step by step in what to expect buying for the first time. Few years later I got divorce and I have to sell the house and I contacted Jan again and explain to her my situation and she did not hesitate in taking the job in selling my house. It was a tough time for me very emotional but Jan always made me feel that everything will be okay with her encouragement I made it through the selling process.     My two siblings and I were assisting our elderly mother in selling her house. Only my mother lives in Austin, so our request was for all three of us to be included and ccd in all communications with our mother. Will and team were amazing at keeping everyone in the loop and hopping on zoom conferences so we could all meet to discuss items as they came up. The professionalism of the team and their competent use of technology had the whole family feeling confident that our mom and her house were in good hands.
