Me and my family were very skeptical about online buyers when we were selling our home because we have heard about all the scams. Before meeting brad we actually did almost get scammed a few times, even by real life buyers. We ended up finding out about brad, I forgot how but we gave it a shot and everything seemed legit but we were still skeptical since his company is in Texas and we’re in Oklahoma. So we were also talking to other real life buyers at the same time. Eventually his team got some contractors out to our home to put a price on it and it wasn’t all that we expected but it was a hell of a lot better than everyone else’s offer. But we did keep blowing brad off to try to find a better price and honestly I am so thankful that us doing that didn’t make him turn his back on us because this is where the story gets good and shows that you need to go with these guys. Well we ended up going with another buyer and on the very last day before closing and also before we were going to get kicked out for owed property tax, the buyer changed the price to something way smaller than they told us we would get on the contract , I’m not sure how they did this but they did. So us having 1 day left reached back out to Brad’s team to see if we could get the deal back before we go homeless and these guys absolutely didn’t want us homeless so they worked at the fastest speeds to do everything that needed to be done in the short time they had . Just to help even more Brad paid on the property tax himself so that we would have time and not kicked out and he just took what he paid out of the closing price which we were so thankful for. Please if you’re skeptical trust this review, this team will get you right and they will do it fast! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
