Ms. Vaughan was recommended to me, by a close friend, as I embarked upon the daunting task of finding a new residence. What I appreciated was the thoroughness of her onboarding interview, to ensure she understood my needs/wants/must-haves.I received several options in the area I requested, and we were able to bundle a few properties on the days we did site visits. Once I found a property I loved, she assisted tremendously with negotiations to secure a price I was comfortable (this was deeply appreciated). There were no hiccups at closing and the process was better than expected.Ms. Vaughan exceeded my expectations by providing data needed to make the best decision when choosing my home. I would highly recommend giving her an opportunity to do the same for you!
