    Emily McHugh is a great realtor. Her follow thru on my home purchase was great. She even worked on the offer while she was trying to vacation with family.     Our realtor exceeded our expectations! Keri was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to help throughout the entire process. We met her by chance looking at an open house and liked her so much that we decided to make her our realtor in our search for our new home.     Let me begin by saying there are not enough words to express my gratitude to our real-estate state agent Keri Holloway. Keri went above and beyond, exceeding all our expectations. It was already a stressful and dire situation. My mother in law was in and out of the hospital due to her kidney disease. The last visit to the hospital, the doctor informed us that she could no longer live on her own. So she found a senior living home for her, and the next step was to put her condo on the market.Being that my mother was so ill and was going to dialysis three times a week, the majority of the responsibilities for move-out and make ready fell to me. I had no experience in that area and shared my concerns with Keri. She jumped into action. Keri sent me several numbers of contractors, from flooring, home repairs, painting, and finally cleaning. Keri helped by minimizing the search and stress of the entire project.After the work on the condo was complete, Keri promptly got the pictures taken, staged the condo and put it on the market. There was immediate interest to the listing. Keri sold it within a couple of months. Keri, also knowing the struggle my mother was going through with her health, she again stepped up and arranged for the contract to be signed in the comfort of her home.     During this time of bidding wars and such, it wasn’t easy to find a home in our price range, location and all/most of our “must haves.” We were moving from Maine to Texas to be closer to our Texas family and had 2 weeks to find our new home. We were out bid on the first offer. A cash offer by another buyer lost us the second perfect home. With only 4 days before our flight back to Maine, we with Emily’s help (and patience with us old folks) found the home we are now enjoying our retirement in. She never gave up on our quest. She took care of the details of closing so that we could stay in Maine to sell another property before heading south. We have had to call on Emily since the closing and she has continued to be there for us!
