Blythe did an amazing job helping us find our dream home! We couldn’t be happier with the process and experience we had working with her. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest & professional. Seeing homes with her was like spending time with a close friend. I was a very nervous buyer yet she helped me feel completely at ease. Blythe spent time explaining things about the homes we saw and about the different neighborhoods. She even spent time making videos of houses we couldn’t see in person. Blythe Kirkwood has been amazing through this process as we were ready to sell our first home and purchase a larger home. She always quickly responded to all our questions....and we asked a lot of questions. She put a checklist together for us to prepare us for our Open House. She came in and made the house look even more amazing by staging it! 🤩🤩 After we had offers, she laid them all out in a spreadsheet and came over to discuss them with us as well.After our home went under contract, she was on top of it looking for homes for us. I was so nervous about finding a home and getting out of our home in time. But, also didnt want to feel rushed and wanted to find the perfect home for us! Blythe was always so accommodating with our schedule to look at homes. In addition, when we saw a house on HAR that we were interested in seeing she immediately touch base with the realtor to set up a time. Blythe nailed it and found our perfect home for us!!We cant thank her enough!!
