Very friendly, super responsive and incredibly good disposition to explain us anything related to the market or pros/cons she saw in each house we visited!As first time home owners Johanna helped us to understand everything related the current craziness market and acted with diligence on recommending us houses that fitted our necessities.We had to go to the market unexpectedly and as fast as we went in, she put her self totally at our disposition to help us found a great house that meets our requirements.

Johanna has been very helpful with my real estate questions. She has guided me with helpful solutions in referring an inspection company, counseling me on how to prepare for my one year home inspection, and she also provided comp data and explanations for how to protest my appraisal with the county appraisal district. She truly cares and has graciously provided me needed information when I asked her a question.

Our realtor was Johanna McDaniel. She was awesome, and constantly thought of options to consider that we may have missed during the stressful process of buying a house in North Texas. I NEVER missed out on looking at a house I was interested in, because Johanna was always available and willing to look at a new listing for me even if I wasn’t able to myself. She stayed by our side through closing on our new build that took over a year. She has continued to answer any questions I may have, and we closed over 5 months ago. So grateful we found Johanna! We were only casually looking and were on the fence on buying because it’s a seller market. She never felt pushy and felt more like a friend cheering on us. She quickly identified the things we liked and didn’t like in a house and neighborhood. She helped us explore different options and was quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process. I had plenty of questions! As we kept expanding our search she introduced us to a colleague with in-depth knowledge of downtown Dallas and surrounding areas. She still answered our questions after the referral. For Johanna and Joel it’s not about the deal but the friendships made along the way. Proud to say we got our home!

My Fiancé and I were first time home buyers. After 6 months of searching in this crazy market, we knew we needed better help. Within a few weeks of working with Joel and Johanna, we were under contract for our dream home. We can’t compliment them enough for how personable and intentional they were with getting to know us. They knew exactly what we were searching for, what was realistic, and where to find it. They are both extremely knowledgeable and honest. My sister also worked with them to purchase her house. 10/10 would recommend to family, friends, and anybody search for quality humans working as full time realtors.
