Justin was wonderful to work with and was so very persistent to accomplish our negotiations yet compassionate to my challenging health issues. He’s extremely personable and professional. Justin was always quick to respond to my texts, emails or calls. He guided me through the process of selling my property. I enjoyed working with Justin. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone that is interested in selling their house.

I spoke with Drew to arrange to view my property. Drew was prompt and punctual which I appreciated. He took the necessary photos photos and was very knowledgeable with the rehab costs. He was very good with his follow-ups to keep the loop closed. I talked with Justin and was very pleased at his responsiveness on the phone and in person. I had several companies out to walk my property and Behemoth’s offer was more in line to meet my needs. Justin was courteous, professional, and respectful. Other companies wanted to play the game of making the lowest offer in hopes I would commit, this losing thousands of dollars. Justin’s offer was a solid offer above all others from the get go. It was a pleasure to not have to play the game. I’d recommend contacting Justin if you are interested in selling.

We listed our home with Justin in Feb2018 and in less than 6 days we had multiple showings and offers shortly after. Paper work was easy to understand and Justin answered any questions we had before and during the process. Our goal was to sell the house quickly and he delivered that experience without the fluff. Its been 10yrs since we sold/bought a house and mostly everything is done via email & esign which is way better. If you want someone to sell your home that gives you the details straight you will walk away happy like me/my wife did.Also.. He uses a professional photographer(that he pays for). The pictures the photographer took is what people first see on HAR. Just because you have cell phone doesnt mean you can take good pictures! (just look on har, you can see who uses cell phone pics and tries to sell houses)Thanks again!

I absolutely recommend Behemoth to any one selling their home! Justin and Wes are such amazing guys and I am so grateful to them for all they did to sell my mothers home wich was in need of repairing and did it quickly! I inherited a huge mess from my mother and I had never bought much less sold a home before but Justin and Wes made the whole process quick and painless for me! When we had an issue arise they were right there helping me through and finding the best pissible solutions! They answered all my questions and held my hand thru the entire process. Wes even went as far as waiving any money he would of made off the sell just so my kids and I could have enough money to get a new place!! They truly care about the people not just in it for the money!! That speaks volumes about the type of men they are and I am so grateful to have found them in my time of need!! They made a very painful and hard time in my life as easy as possible on me!! If you or someone you know is trying to sell their home call them!!!
