    I recently ended up in a situation where, because of my job, I moved out of state and was left holding a property that was falling into disrepair. Aroldo inquired about buying the house and after some reluctance and nerves on my part , we were able to come to an agreement. Working with Aroldo has been great. He’s straightforward and honest, he communicates every step of the process clearly and certainly helped quell any anxiety I may have had about the process. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing help selling their home. I only wish I had taken this step sooner.

    We worked with Aroldo at Avid House Buyers to help a family that was facing foreclosure. Aroldo was quickly able to provide solutions to the family that ultimately prevented the foreclosure on the home. Not only did he assist with preventing the foreclosure in a quick manner, the sellers also received additional time in the house to pack/find a new home and cash to assist with the move. Aroldo brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. We would highly recommend working with Aroldo in the future and hope to work with him again in future.

    We purchased our beginner home 9 years ago. Not thinking of Life’s sudden surprises, we faced a Chronic illness, School loans, etc., which forced an unemployment, and domino-ed to a Foreclosure. Due to the financial situation of trying to rebuild from zero up and it being difficult to catch up and maintain a household of 6. Aroldo reached out to us from Avid House Buyers and made my husband comfortable enough to bring him to our home and state our circumstances.Aroldo was very sympathetic and eager to assist where needed so he could assist in buying the home verses a foreclosure affecting our credit, and ultimately our future living situations. He worked around our schedules, contacted our lien-holder, followed up with us all in a timely and professional manner, and went above and beyond to communicate on our behalf to stop the Foreclosure. He took extra time explaining the process, was readily available to go over all the paperwork, regardless what time it was or the day, including holidays. That alone was truly appreciated since we didn’t understand the terms and regulations.Aroldo was a blessing to a hard reality that we didn’t want to face. He ensured everything would work out and he delivered. The sale of the home was seamless, the foreclosure was pulled, and he gave us time until we found our next home.We Thank Aroldo and his team for being an Awesome Company that assists without hesitation and has Amazing Customer Service.     While we did not sell our home to Aroldo, he was extremely helpful at a time we needed a lot of help. We had bought a lemon house (a carload of lemons!) and needed some knowledgeable advice. He gave it freely and graciously. Had the previously seller not opted to re-purchase the house I would have sold it, gladly, to Aroldo. Honest. Ethical. And loads of integrity.

    I was an out-of-state homeowner dealing with a property management company and tenant that became less than ideal. Wanting to be completely free of this situation, I knew it was time to part ways with the property. However, I was not willing to pay a mortgage on my property in Texas for months, all while paying living expenses in the state I currently reside. I knew this is exactly what would have happened if I decided to sell my home the conventional way using a Realtor. Thankfully, I found Aroldo! He immediately ensured me that he would be able to take care of the dilemma I faced--from the property management company, as well as the tenant, to handling all needed repairs. Sure enough, he delivered on that promise. Aroldo was always very easy to contact and very detailed in every step of the home buying process.     I recently bought a house and the experience was absolutely wonderful. It was quick, easy and stress free. Mr. Villarreal helped me so much considering my history. They also helped my dad with selling his house that i was previously living in. This property needed a lot of repairs and was behind on taxes, my dad just couldnt afford it being that he was in a bind with his own house. Avid House Buyers bought the house from my dad and made it worry free. Now my dad has one less property to deal with. I highly recommend these people!!

    Ultimately I had to go with someone else, who represented themselves as direct buyers when they were actually just unlicensed sales agents who market properties to the actual buyers. I found some red flags re their business practices, but I was stuck in a contract they wouldnt release me from. In retrospect, I would have chosen Aroldo, as he was always straightforward and professional.

She decided to keep the properties since it was too soon for her to sell as she was still figuring everything out, but at least she made an educated decision.     I inherited a house from my uncle back in 2002 and I was letting my daughter stay in the house as long as she needed. My daughter saw a house Aroldo had for sale and he helped her get into that house despite her low credit AND at the same time bought my house which was $5,000 behind on taxes. I had a realtor list the house while my daughter was living there and not one single person saw it or made an offer. I thought I was going to have to spend money to fix it up and pay tons of fees to realtors on top of my taxes until my daughter connected me with Aroldo. The process was fast, simple, and he even gave me extra time to get my daughters old furniture and belongings out!If you have a house you want to sell for ANY reason, I would highly recommend Aroldo Villarreal with Avid House Buyers.
