I have worked with numerous realtor in San Antonio throughout the years, but Raul and Penny have become our permanent choice. Avenue Realty, led by Penelope and Raul, is a great company. They helped me to get the property I wanted. Both of them took the quality time to understand my requirements/needs, and then found the perfect property for me. In fact, due to my work traveling, I was not able to see physically the property, but with all the information they sent me (photos, videos, location in maps, etc), I was able to take the decision.... and remotely did the closing. That shows the level of trust we built together.
