Austin was amazing to work with. He is super knowledgeable and he was super patient and did not care how long it took. He was going to find us our perfect first home. After looking at several houses he was able to envision exactly what we wanted and continuously searched until he was able to find our home! One thing that makes Austin stand out is the fact that he always makes himself available day or night. We knew he had other clients and closings but he would always make us feel like we were a priority.Another thing that makes him an amazing realtor is the fact that he is not pushy. I could have purchased any of several homes, but the one I went with really highlighted his negotiation skills. He was able to get me into a house that after the offer was accepted, the appraisal came back $50,000 higher! I cant thank him enough and love my new place.
