We cant really say enough about our experience working with Austin Lockard as our Realtor... Austins eye for detail... While looking at homes, youre ooohhing and aaahhing... Hes checking for any issues-roof, electrical, foundation etc... Guiding you to make good choices... Hes available at any time and patiently answered all my questions... (and being a first time buyer, I had many) Our home search took us from Lake Jackson back to Tomball, Magnolia and LASTLY back to Lake Jackson.... Lots of driving but Austin made it happen... On our closing day... We had bank issues that prolonged our closing by four hours and Austin never left our side... Drove us over an hour away to our bank branch... His energy is awesome...
