I recently had the pleasure of working with Aunt Idas house and Jules. I was in a very tough spot with my father and Jules jumped into action for me. She guided me with a list of resources when I was overwhelmed and supported me throughout everything.

We recently worked with Jules Hicks from Aunt Idas House and Logan Hassinger from Sage Senior Support after my fathers passing and having recently placed my mother in a memory care facility. Jules and Logan were most helpful in supporting many of the familys needs related to the sale of mom and dads 50 year residence, providing a great referral to responsibly handle their household goods (including things we just couldnt quite get to...garage, attic, kitchen cabinets/drawers, etc.) through an online estate sale and provided a great referral to take care of their outside home maintenance. It was an emotional process for our family given all the great memories we had at the house and the stress of living out of state and not having the time to focus on all that needed to be done with the house and the contents. Jules and Logan were able to provide a reasonable proposal to purchase the home as/is and handle the household goods which, given our situation, was a much better approach than a traditional realtor listing and home sale. The family very much appreciated Jules and Logans straightforward, simple and transparent approach in helping us manage through a difficult and emotional period and we would highly recommend them to other families.
