I have purchased a house from Ashley made life a lot easier, especially after I lost my house in a previous fire! Then this month she sold my land in San Leon fairly fast! She helped me overcome so many hoops from a creditor, leaving a lien on it after I paid it off and went out of business, To hire a lawyer, To getting my Will From my husband, who passed away many years ago! Ashley is Awesome! My home still had significant damage from Hurricane Harvey, and Ashley coordinated with Curbio to make renovations so that I could earn back the equity into the house. She even helped me pick out the colors and features popular in my area. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market in my area. Even in a challenging market, she got me an excellent deal and I couldnt be happier. There were a couple of plot twists during all that and she navigated them excellently and was patient to explain to me all the details. She was honest and gave me reality checks when I needed them, and also allayed my fears and concerns when they arose. Communication was key with this sale, and she was on top of everything. I would 100% use her again as a realtor, and highly recommend her to anyone.

Ashley is the absolute perfect realtor. She is there for you to take you through the entire process. Including making you feel as if you are bring a friend or family member shopping only better. She is honest and hard working and enjoys her clients taste and individualized service to each one. Her response time is immediate and she goes that extra mile with professionalism and support while proving she only has the buyer in mind on every bit of the home shopping experience. Im sure she is just as good on seller side. Her organizational skills are better than anyone I have met and I am picky when it comes to business organizational structure. Our family cant say enough great things about Ashley! She exceeded all of our expectations. Although the market is the most competitive its ever been, she was able to get our first offer excepted as first time homebuyers after only two weeks of house shopping. Because we are not from the area, we ended up using all of her references, and they were nothing short of amazing as well. Despite being a successful and busy realtor, she always made us feel like we were her only clients. You can tell that she is really passionate about her job, which made the whole experience fun for all of us!

I have a bit of a different take on this. I am not a buyer or seller whos bought or sold a home with Ashley. Instead, I own and operate a nationwide real estate marketing firm that specializes in luxury home marketing. This morning I was on Zillow poking around and looking at homes for sale in several states. One of the ones I ran across in Texas just so happened to be listed by Ashley. It caught my eye because it was done so well. The house was staged (set up) perfectly, the photos were awesome, and the description of the home was very well-written and compelling. We often dont see this kind of effort even on multi-million-dollar properties!! So I had to text her a quick compliment saying I thought she did an incredible job, especially compared to many of the other listings I had seen online.Anyway...instead of simply saying thanks...she texted back a bit more, and we wound up chatting via text for two hours! During that time, it became obvious why she did an outstanding job on that listing. Shes brilliant...and funny...and conscientious...and eager...and excited about her job as a Realtor. Its wonderful to meet someone with her skillset and enthusiasm. It literally brightened my day! In my life, Ive spent many years in mortgage lending, and real estate sales, prior to doing luxury real estate marketing for top agents all across the country.I would recommend Ashley to ANYONE I know (yes, shes THAT impressive!)
