She transformed our home with staging that made it look like something out of HGTV—truly stunning. Our home is amazing and modern, but she took it to another level in line with our taste and the tastes of a versatile group of buyers. Best. Realtor.EVER! I’ve had three houses in Florida and worked with several different realtors. I found Arlene to be the most customer focused and easy to work with. Although I’m an experienced buyer, there was a lot I did not know about Texas real estate. Arlene took the time to explain the entire process every step of the way. Arlene is amazing. She is friendly, honest, funny, fun, works for you, and will go above and beyond even after the sale.I dont know what to expect from a realtor since this was my first time buy, as well as an out-of-state buy. However what really stood out was what she did on the day of the new homeowner walkthrough, which is when the sale was already locked in but before closing. For my unnecessarily convoluted circumstance, Arlene suggested to pick me up from the airport, drive 40 minutes to the house to do the walkthrough, then drive 40 minutes back to the airport so I could barely make my flight on time. This bought us a lot of time to do a very thorough walkthrough (~2.5 hours) with the builder, which definitely wouldnt have been possible if I was driving myself back with a rental car (and I probably wouldve missed my flight and be forced to buy another plane ticket for a different flight later that evening).She was also a huge help for every step of the process, from finding a home, talking with the seller, negotiating price with the seller (she really works for you; she definitely had my financial interests in mind!), asking questions with the seller/builder that I never considered, and sat with us on closing day at the title company (again I dont know if this is normal or not, but I was thankful since it was a long drive). Even after all was said and done, she says shell keep in contact with me months later to ensure everything is still going smooth.When dealing with other sellers, realtors, or builders, she is attentive and asks great questions.When its just you and her, everyone is laughing and having fun.If you have questions for her, she either knows or knows who to ask to find out, and will respond promptly.I felt incredibly lucky through the entire process.You are lucky if Arlene is your realtor.

Arlene, is the consummate professional. She is conscientious and extremely empathetic and responsive to the needs of her customer. She has sold two houses for me and handled the purchase of a second home of me. More importantly, during the sale and purchase process my mother passed away. Arlene stepped up and literally handled the transactions for me. I had fallen apart and could not and did not care to read the fine print on any of the contracts. Arlene put me at ease and handled everything. I trusted her . Her integrity is impeccable. Upon closing of my new home, I had to leave town the next day to transport my mothers body and handle her funeral. Arlene had my old home cleaned for the new buyer. Given, that all she gave in the process I cant imagine that Arlene made much of a profit. Arlene supported me through a difficult tragedy that happened at the worst possible moment. I will always use Arlene Mangrum for any real estate transactions I have. Even if it is not within her scope, I would beg her to handle it. I trust her with everything because she has proven herself to be not only a knowledgeable professional, but a human being with impeccable integrity. She is the perfect diamond.
