It is very stressful moving during a global pandemic and I dont think I would have been able to get through it without Arlene. She found everything I wanted in a house. Did I mention I was moving from out of state so all our appointments had to be virtual? I wasnt worried however because I knew Arlene had my best interests at heart and even when I was being difficult and stubborn about certain things I had to have she made it her mission to get everything I wanted and if it wasnt possible she patiently explained alternatives that would work. The most pleasant experience I have ever had moving. I love your work!

Arlene sold my home in Humble and was amazing throughout the process. COVID changed the dynamics of selling a home but Arlene made it easy for me.I highly recommend hiring Arlene if you want to buy or sell a home. She is an honest and kind person.

Where do I begin.... Arlene Harth is definitely heaven sent. Not only does she listen and understands, she also makes sure you’re getting exactly what you want and the quality she would want. She was patient and always prepared, but most of all she never gave up on us and she gave daily encouragement FROM BEGINNING TO END (and I am a handful)! My husband and I closed on our home on December 5 (a few weeks past the scheduled closing date) but she never gave up or walked away. She pushed through while pushing us. I am happy and honored to say, she is apart of my family now and will always be my friend! Give her a call.... she won’t let you down. #SheIsAwesome

So glad that I went with Arlene as my realtor, especially since I was moving from out of town! As a first time homebuyer I was intimidated with the process and figuring out what I needed to know to make the best decision for my needs. She made me aware of first time home buying grants so I could looked into it further when finalizing my lender. I ended up getting a new construction (based on her analysis of my needs/concerns) and it was the best decision. We had some issues with the builder on getting accurate information, and since I wasn’t in Houston I wasn’t able to physically check the progress myself. Arlene was on top of the communication and proactively reached out to the builder/builders realtor when she felt the they were overstating their progress (she was right, they were). She helped me prepare to get all my ducks in a row so we could close as fast as we could due to raising interest rates. Luckily we were able to in the nick of time. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so. If you are a first time homebuyer she will take care of you. If you are an experienced homebuyer you can expect transparency and diligence.
