    We had our home remodeled with Apex, and we’re super happy with the final product! We tore out and completely rebuilt the kitchen and master bath and cabinetry in an office. We also added a storage room in the two story entry way and closed that off.It was slightly longer than the estimated time, but a lot of that was due to other companies, which is common in construction.They were great at making sure the finishes were done to our liking and redoing things when needed to get it right.There was sometimes a lack of communication, about work being done, timeline and costs. but the work was good, so that’s a frustration that can be worked with if you’re on top of it.Overall a good company to work with!

    I hired Apex Construction to replace my back door and over 40 feet of baseboard molding. It took only one day to complete. The next day I noticed a few areas that needed some caulk or paint touch up. They got me scheduled in a couple of days and fixed my punch list items and some other areas that I had not noticed. I was very satisfied with the finished job. Good customer service is a primary goal of Apex. I would highly recommend Apex to my neighbors.

    I had my old HVAC ducts replaced. It took them less than a day to take out the old and replace with the new ones. They cleaned up their mess and were real great about explaining things to me.

    I just closed on my first home, and couldn’t be happier with the experience working with Apex. Bobby went above and beyond to ensure that the process was simple and efficient. The home was renovated, and looks beautiful with great design choices and upgrades. Bobby worked closely with me throughout the whole process, keeping me in the loop of all the updates and fixes happening with the property the whole time. I would absolutely recommend using Apex if you are buying or even selling your home.

    We hired Apex . They repaired and installed new duct work in the upstairs of our home. They were a team that were not only professional and did good work. They showed me everthing they done; then cleaned up after themselves. They were nice people and even got along with my 2 big dogs. Their bid was easy to read and understand , plus it was 300.00 lower than the other bids. They even washed the coil on the outside A/C unit, which they just threw in because we needed it done. Recommend to anyone whos looking for a good job at a good price.

    I dealt with Geo and was impressed by how down to earth he is. Having spoken with several people who buy homes, most come off like used car salesmen and want to give you half or less of what your home is worth. Geo was patient but as soon as you say yes, he is handling everything. I did not think we would find someone trustworthy going this way and am now sure that we did. He and Apex made everything a lot easier and as soon as we had agreed he got things done. Thanks Geo and Thanks Apex.

    APEX did a great job for us installing a retrofit wheelchair ramp and sidewalk. We talked to several vendors and APEX was the only one to bring a design person to recommend a location that would best blend with the existing facilities. I would not hesitate to use them again, or to refer them to others. The people I met from APEX were most professional, and the project manager kept me regularly informed with email messages with pictures as I was offsite much of the time.

    Very positive experience - professional, responsive, and friendly. Bobby was there to answer questions, assist with moving arrangements, and keep everything on track, from beginning to end. Apex eliminated the headaches and fees associated with the enormous task of selling and moving. Very pleased with the overall experience.

    I want to write this review to show my full appreciation on the work that manager, Geo Gondzur with Apex Homebuyers LLC has done to make this a seamless process in selling our house. After losing a parent the last thing that you are ready for is selling your childhood home. Our childhood estate had heavy tax liens and was a property that many potential buyers turned away. After many homebuyers turned heads and almost at a point of giving up; On this day October 23, 2016 Geo saved our home from foreclosure, payed our property taxes, and made it possible for my family to get our inheritance. Not many would take on a house in the disarray, but Geo took this in his stride.     If you want to sell your place and get your cash fast, talk to Geo! He is fair and reasonable and keeps his word! He will give you a price and work with you to make sure everyone is happy and understanding of the whole process! Keeps you undated and gets things done asap! I would recommend him to anyone!     These guys are the business! Price was unbelievable, work was phenomenal, workers had crazy skills was a pleasure watching them transform our home. They definitely get our business again. Deal straight up , high speed low drag and got it done .

    THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL KEPT THE PROMISES, AGREEMENTS, AND LITERALLY SAVED US FROM A NASTY SITUATION.I know its better to keep these short and sweet, but I must say I would be doing Apex Homebuyers and our rep who is the Manager, Mr. Geo Gondzur a disservice by not elaborating.First, I thought when my family and I inherited this home that it was a great thing. Until I find out that we are literally just about to watch my fathers lifes work get auctioned off on the steps of the county courthouse.Then the lawyers start calling. So I start looking everywhere did my due diligence and I found Geo with Apex homebuyers. In the interest of not turning this post into a novel...Geo does his research and finds that theres a veritable fortune in unpaid taxes dating back to 1992!!! And a whole plethora of other liens, (irs, county, city, private business personal debt) six figures. But Geo being Geo he found a way to keep his word and help my sister and I.When it came down to (tomorrow is THE LAST DAY) Geo literally stopped it in its tracks. He paid all of these creditors and local and federal agencies, and did so in my fathers name.You see that saved my fathers name at least on paper. After everything was said and done Geo had turned this dilapidated home (albeit with good bones) he did a top to bottom overhaul remodel. I mean this house was in visibility terrible condition, and if you walked into it today youd swear you were in a newly built home.Furthermore after Geo saved us from the auction block humiliation.HE EVEN KEPT HIS WORD FROM THAT DAY WE 1ST MET AND PAID MY SISTER AND I EVERY PENNY HE PROMISED. (MY FATHER RAISED ME TO BE A MAN OF MY WORD, THAT MY WORD IS MY BOND) So I can say to you now that both Geo Gondzur and Apex Homebuyers are the kind of people you want on your side looking out for your interests, and KEEPING THERE WORD.THANK YOU GEO!     Michael came in like a superhero to save the day when we had a run-down, vandalized house to sell in an older neighborhood from an Estate that had not been settled several years prior so the house had sat vacant. I had tried to get a real estate agent but with no luck. No one wanted to touch this house (or title situation) with a ten-foot pole. Michael said, Dont worry, Ill handle everything. And he did! It was the smoothest, easiest experience to finally sell this house and we had no idea that we could get so much for a house in that condition. We should have called Apex years ago!
