We couldn’t be happier with our realtor Annette. I 100% recommend her to help you buy your new home. I had a great experience with her. She is very committed to her job, and very responsive. (Considering many agents are not)After 2 years of us trying to buy with different builders she got it done for us, I am very grateful I chose her as my agent. She is wonderful person and went above and beyond for my family. Even when not being approved for a home she stayed in contact for 2 years. She will answer all questions and when she doesn’t know the answer she will find it out for you. Also got us gifts for my girls and my husband and I.

Annette was highly recommended to me by my neighbor who had sold her home with her. After hearing the details about how she went above and beyond through the entire process I decided to go with her versus using a family member that is also a realtor. I definitely made the right choice! To start with,Annette is super resourceful! She saved me so much money with her assistance in fixing things around the house that was necessary to sell my home. This was VERY helpful to me as I travel for a living and am rarely home to handle matters. She literally took the stress off my shoulders 100%!! She is also a fantastic negotiator. She has the unique ability to put herself in others shoes and was able to navigate the negotiations to everyones liking and we closed fast. She really knows the business well! I will definitely be using her again in the future as well as recommend her to others. You will not be disappointed in choosing her!
