There are so many moving parts to a real estate transaction that Annette and her team took care of. I had a rental that had to be made ready to sell. Annettes team took care of contracting the fixes needed to get the property ready. It was very reasonable in cost and I best of all I didnt have to do anything! No phone calls, multiple contractors, etc. The transparency and communication of what is going on in the process was top notch.
