Andre was truly a God-send during the search for my new home. From start to finish of selling my old home and buying a new home, I was informed of what was taking place. I learned so much about the buying and selling process that I even considered real estate as a future career. Thats how well he taught me as we went through the process. When I first mentioned to him the idea of buying a new home, he came out that same day, toured my home, and outlined everything I needed to update in my old home in order to sell well. Not only did he identify the updates but he also explained to me why that mattered when selling a home. When we discussed the process for buying a new home, he explained in detail the entire process. His patience with me was unbelievable. When showing homes, he gave me space to take my time and visualize myself in the home but he also used a reflection strategy to help me prioritize the homes I viewed; which ultimately led to me finding my dream home. He is extremely knowledgably of the market and was able to tell me up front what could happen in different scenarios. I followed his guidance when listing the home and we ended up with seven offers after only two days on the market. Buying and selling a home is one of the largest transactions we make so it is important to feel that your realtor guiding you is honest, knowledgeable, and ultimately wants the best for you. This is completely how I felt the entire time working with Andre. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients which helps build a connection where you can trust him. He ensured that I didnt sign a single piece of paper until I fully understood what I was signing. Last but certainly not least, I appreciate his strong spiritual foundation and the faith the he reminded me to keep during the process. After going through a personal and financial reset, I was referred to Andre through my financial advisor, a mutual friend. This began a journey of preparation to the road of homeownership. But along this journey I got to know the inspirational story of a man who truly built himself, and also a man that gives as much as he achieves. Homeownership is more than just the position of a physical building. Notice, pun intended, I never called Andre my realtor. Don’t underestimate the value of character and stewardship behind the transaction. I randomly decided to call Mr. Notice when I was in the market for my first home purchase. I did not know all the legal requirements it took to get through closing since I had only rented property before this sale. I ended up being extremely lucky, this guy was in my corner helping me through every step of the way and giving me advice. It’s not until after closing and I’ve moved into the property that I have learned just how lucky I was to have a good realtor. I know nothing about homes and could of been an easy paycheck for any realtor. The fact that he cared enough to help me through the process really shows his character, and while I’m not usually a review writer editor or publisher lol, I had to share this for the next guy looking for a solid realtor to help them for their first time during this process. look no further, I promise you’ll get the best service through this guy.

Purchased the book Your Purpose is Not For You. Its definitely one to re-stir up passion, purpose, and to re-dream again. I found my self reading and reflecting on life. Before reading this I thought Id reached my peak in life but now I know theres so much more to do. Thank you for the nudge to go harder.
