Ive bought and sold dozens of houses throughout the country, and this one was by far the most challenging. I know with certainty this transaction would not have been possible with any other agent. Andi was instrumental in helping me sell this house in every way. It was only a $268k transaction, but she treated it like it was a million dollar sale.-she helped me source contractors to help me finish the updates-the house got burglarized and vandalized right after it got staged, and since Im from out of state, Andi was the point-woman who dealt with the police on multiple occasions (it was burglarized twice!)-Andi arranged for contractors to come back to fix issues related to the burglaries-Andi negotiated the best possible deal-When the buyers lender gave him problems, Andis husband came to the rescue (hes a lender/broker) and closed on a loan that traditional banks wouldnt approve of.This was my last house to sell in Lubbock, but if I had more houses to buy or sell, Id definitely use Andi again. Shes amazing!

She had a professional photographer in the house very soon after, gave us staging tips, scheduled 3 full days of showing immediately when our house went on the market. We had multiple offers to choose from including an offer $15k over our asking price within 24hrs; signing a contract much quicker than we anticipated. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out the day after we entered into the contract. Andi was able to get us into another equivalent contract within an hour of the first buyer backing out.Complete wealth of knowledge. I learned tons from this venture that will help us recognize a good realtor when we sell our next home out of state.
