Amy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and very strategic when it comes to selling your house. We ended up purchasing a home in another state on a contingency and gave Amy less than 20 days to list and sell our home, she sold it in one week! Amy did her research and was able to narrow down a great asking price, which we received. Amy was there with us every step of the way, she called us daily and worked with us through multiple offers, negotiations, inspections and closing. Amy was wonderful, we were so very thankful to have her as our real estate agent. She was so knowledgeable and explained things to us in a manner that was very easy to understand. Amy helped us with staging, which trust me, we were fairly limited in our ideas. Amy was very personal and professional and always had our best interests in mind. Amy was fantastic about returning phone calls, text messages, and emails. Amy also provided us with a fantastic analysis of our home and all of the surrounding homes in our area, which really showed us she did her homework. We highly recommend Amy for all of your real estate needs.
