    We were looking to fix our house up to sell, and move to south Texas. It seemed like we were just falling further behind trying to fix the house up, and tine was important to us. We got a letter in the mail from American Home Buyer about buying our house and decided to call them. They responded the same evening we called, and Arlene came by the next morning to look at the house. She explained all of our options, then made an offer which which we thought was very fair. Everyone we dealt with at American Home Buyers made the process smooth. There was never any pressure, all choices were ours. They work with whatever choices you as a seller need to make. Everyone was friendly, and professional. We sold and closed in 2 weeks. Which made it a fast process. Never knew 2 weeks can go by that fast. Two weeks was our choice. We could have gone longer, but it worked out. We gave no regrets about selling to American Home Buyers.

    I Highly recommend American Home Buyer! They contacted me via phone, text and email within 10 minutes after I visited their website. Tim was at my property the next day. We settled on a fair price within an hour or so. He was confident they could sell my property. They reviewed the house went out side and told me they would return with an offer. They did, I requested a $10k more but settled for $5k. We closed the following Tuesday morning and received my funds that afternoon. No.closing costs, no sale person comission no hassles at all. All people were as courteious and professional as possible. While we weren’t necessarily in a bind or under any time constraints, we have 5 siblings and neither of us were thrilled with putting money or time into improvements. So we decided we’d give AHB a chance. After agreeing on an acceptable offer and time frame, AHB went right to work and secured a buyer. We finished up the whole process in just a few short weeks.     Over the past couple of years I had received letters and cards from companies and individuals asking to buy our house for cash. I looked at these when our grandchildren suddendly decided they wanted to move out of the home they had grown up in. I picked American Home Buyer from looking at their web site, BBB and reviews by past sellers.I thank God that I did that! I called and spoke to Scott Baker. We made an appointment to meet Mika Self, Manager. Mika was very honest and forthright with us. He said our grandchildren could leave the house as is after they had removed all their belongings. Mika assured us he would donate anything of value to charities that would use these items for good causes. We did just that and left several major appliances and other items.The closing transaction was quite easy and we felt relieved that we didnt have to list the property after spending thousands of dollars in upgrades! Mika and his company were a joy to work with throughout the whole process.
